Between parades, green beers, and all the green treats you can eat, this will certainly be a St. Patrick’s Day to remember. Before you and your friends make plans this year, take a look at all the St. Patrick’s Day activities Houston has to offer.

St. Patrick’s Day Festival

This year’s huge St. Patrick’s Day Festival Downtown is expected to be bigger and better than ever. Held at both Lucky’s Pubs in downtown Houston, there will be plenty of goodies to look forward to. From green beer to tons of live music, the party is expected to go from morning on Sunday, March 17th until the wee hours of the next morning. Tickets start at just $10, so snag them while you can!

St. Patrick’s Day Bar Crawl

Get ready for an awesome party! Hosted by Lucky’s, this bar crawl includes two free drink tickets, more than five major venues, and a huge after party to end the night. The bar crawl starts at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 16th and goes through the night. You don’t want to miss out on this crawl. Starting at $5, these tickets are practically a steal.

60th Houston St. Patrick’s Day Parade

One of the largest St. Patrick’s Day parades in the U.S., the Houston St. Patrick’s Day Parade is an all ages event held the day before St. Patrick’s Day, on March 16th. The parade starts at noon and lasts for two hours, so make sure to grab a good spot to view the parade before it begins. The parade itself is free, but parking at 401 Franklin, toward the end of the parade, is $5.

Green Mile St. Patrick’s Day Block Party

For the fourth year in a row, RTB Event Group is hosting the largest block party in Houston for St. Patrick’s Day. The major event, which starts on Washington Ave., has expanded with new bars, parking lots, and more for the big party. The Green Mile Block Party starts at 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 17th and lasts through the night. With tons of live entertainment and food, this is a block party you won’t forget.

Houston is the perfect city to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day this year. With parades, live entertainment, drinks and food, and plenty of celebrations, you’re bound to have a great time this year!
