Get Ready for Rodeo Houston 2020
The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo™ draws in more than two million fans every year. From amazing concerts to exciting rodeo action — complete with delicious food, drinks, and energetic fans — the Houston Rodeo is fun for the whole family.
Over the last few years, the Houston Rodeo has attracted major artists and acts like Blake Shelton, Garth Brooks, OneRepublic, Keith Urban, and Alessia Cara. While there are plenty of acts for country music lovers and pop fans alike, the 2020 Rodeo is shaking things up with some brand-new artists and events.
Not a big music fan? The Houston Rodeo has an event and activity for nearly anybody — from tiny tots to older adults. The Rodeo itself runs from March 3-22 at NRG Park and is expected to bring in some exciting new events this year.
So, without further ado, here’s every event you need to know about to get ready for the Houston Rodeo 2020:
Music
While performances won’t be announced until Jan. 9, 2020, the official Rodeo website has posted a lineup of genres to enjoy. For the first time ever, the Houston Rodeo will even feature a K-pop concert for devoted fans.

Carnival
The Carnival has everything your family could ever want in a day out, from the best foods — corn dogs, cotton candy, turkey legs, popcorn, funnel cakes, you name it — to sky-high roller coasters, like the La Grande XL.
Not only does the Carnival have plenty of food, rides, and attractions, it also has tons of great deals for budget-conscious families.
Enjoy $2 games and rides from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., as well as $2 snacks and other food items at select stands inside the Junction Carnival.

Wine Garden
In addition to the Carnival, a full list of Rodeo events, and the hottest music 2020 has to offer, the Houston Rodeo has a gorgeous wine garden where you can enjoy your favorite music while sipping on more than 70 wines.
The Houston Rodeo Wine Garden offers reservations for parties, from a table for two to tents that hold up to 150 guests, so make sure you book yours while there’s still time!
